Mmm…this was a really good, savoury vegetable dish! Cauliflower, bacon, cheese, eggs, milk and cream. It makes a lot as you can see so it’s a good dish for a casual dinner party.

Oh yum – yours look delicious ! We loved this one too and have actually been making it for over a year. I found it accidently after screwing up the potatoes gratin but managed a victory with this one from the next page over on Dorie’s book Happy New Year from Nana and I ~

Yours looks delicious ! I loved this and I added mixed herbs to it to give it an extra flavor ! I will be making this again definitely and this time I will add curry and sauteed onions to it
